Jupiter Golf Course Homes For Sale Under $1 MillionNot surprisingly, golf course homes for sale in Jupiter are among the most highly sought-after properties on the market, especially when it comes to luxury estates with an 8-figure price tag. But what if you’re someone who truly wants that desirable golf course community living experience but don’t quite have a multi-million budget?

Believe it or not, plenty of great golf home options and opportunities are available in Jupiter for under $1 million, as long as you know where to look. So if you’re in the market for a new place to live and a golf course home under that million dollar threshold is at the top of your wish list, here are a few places we recommend beginning your search:

Admirals Cove

While Admirals Cove certainly has its fair share of lavish estates that price well over $1 million, don’t automatically rule it out as an option for something a little more affordable. Townhouses and smaller one-level homes for sale in Admirals Cove start in the mid-$500,000s, and you’d be surprised at how much house you can buy here for $650,000.

Jonathans Landing

Jonathans Landing may just offer the best value of any golf course community in Jupiter. Plenty of gorgeous one and two-story homes right off the golf course are often listed in the mid to high $700,000s, and if you don’t mind living a street or two off the course, don’t be surprised to find a number of options somewhere in the $500,00s.

Loxahatchee Club

Perhaps one of the more underrated golf course communities in all of Jupiter, prospective buyers shouldn’t have much trouble finding a beautiful single-family home in Loxahatchee Club in the $400,000 to $600,000 price range. And if you're able to kick your budget up into the $700,000 range, you might even see a listing or two that offers ample living space and even a pristine, unobstructed view of the course.
