New Royal Palm Beach Community Gets Key Zoning Approvals From Council Members

Tuttle Royale received an approval on several variance requests, which would allow builders to expand their community with section of single-family luxury homes.

According to recent reports, the massive development in Royal Palm Beach has gotten approval by the village council to include an addition of around 100 single family homes to be built on the southwest corner of the community.

The variances approved allow for smaller yards, a minimum lot of 45 ft instead of standard 55 ft and for a decrease of both home setback length and overall lot size. In addition to the homes, the approval will allow the housing addition to include a fitness trail, children’s play area, pool, picnic area, and more. The Developer has stated that they feel that the added amenities and modern home design will make up for the loss in yard space and overall lot size from 5000 to 4500 sq. ft.

The master plan for Tuttle Royale includes 1,100 single-family, or multi-family homes, a park, a school, and a 32-acre commercial center.
