Palm Beach County's Top Equestrian Neighborhoods of 2017

Palm Beach County Equestrian NeighborhoodsWhile most people associate Palm Beach County with white sandy beaches and endless fun-in-the-sun, it’s also one of the top destinations in the country for equestrian estate home buyers to consider as well. From Tequesta all the way down to West Palm Beach, horse farms and equestrian-friendly estates dot the area’s housing landscape, providing some pretty unique and desirable opportunities for even the most serious equine enthusiasts.

If you happen to be in the market for a horse farm or equestrian estate in or around the Palm Beach area, options are usually fairly plentiful, which can make any home search feel overwhelming. But to help narrow down your choices and perhaps make things a bit easier, we recommend checking out what's currently available in these top Palm Beach County equestrian neighborhoods first:

Jupiter Farms

Lot sizes at Jupiter Farms average around 1.25 acres, and some are even as large as 10 acres, which of course is ideal for anyone looking for a reasonably priced country or equestrian-friendly home in Palm Beach County. And there’s even horseback riding trails, parks and nature preserves both nearby and within the community as well.

Caloosa

When you combine the large lot sizes and the 32-acre horse park and riding arena right within the community itself, some might just say Caloosa is the ultimate equestrian neighborhood in all of Palm Beach County. And for additional appeal, there’s also a community basketball court, tennis court, picnic area, and even full-time neighborhood security.

Palm Beach Country Estates

Perhaps not quite as equestrian-friendly as Jupiter Farms and Caloosa, Palm Beach Country Estates is perfect for someone who’s a little less serious about horseback riding but may still want enough open space to ride every now and then. Most homes for sale in Palm Beach Country Estates sit on multiple acres of land, and there’s also no HOA, providing home owners with the freedom to accommodate their horseback riding hobby.
