Consisting of 3 separate courtyard styled condo buildings, with over 400 units on Flagler Drive is located just outside of Downtown West Palm Beach. The community has an amazing courtyard pool space in the center of the complex. Any pet lover would enjoy walking or biking with their dog up and down the smooth sidewalks inside Flagler Pointe. Additional amenities include a putting green, BBQ area, gym, bar, and media room. The pet-friendly condos at Flagler Pointe provide superb waterfront living at an under 500K price-point. 

Dorchester of Palm Beach

Dorchester of Palm Beach is last on the list of great pet-friendly condos that you find for an under $500K price. The community was built in 1979 and has prided itself in maintaining the property over the years. Dorchester has an oceanfront pool area that you must see to believe! The modern design of Dorchester’s pool, the wide pool deck area, the stunning manicured gardens, and the ocean view are all welcoming attractions on a hot Florida day. Pets are allowed in Dorchester, but you’ll want to read the rules and regulations regarding size and breed. The community has a convenient location for shopping, dining, and outside entertainment.
