Palm Beach County Dog Friendly Beaches

Location is everything when it comes to real estate, and that’s just as meaningful when you live close to the sand and water. While Florida is packed with outstanding beaches, some of them have the added bonus of being dog-friendly. Here are some of the best beaches in Palm Beach County for those with dogs

Juno Beach Park

For those looking for a spot for their dog to run around off-leash, Juno Beach Park is a good choice. The beach has a bait shop for fishing, plus an on-site concession stand. It’s a popular place for fishing or simply going for a stroll

Stuart Beach

Stuart Beach is another popular beach that allows dogs. Dogs do have to be on a leash, but the beach also offers a full concession stand and freshwater showers. In

The expression, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression,” is why real estate professionals go the extra mile marketing properties. The listing has to be perfectly written, with captivating images. Then an expert strategy must be crafted to attract buyers for your home who are serious about making a deal.

When we work together, we make sure your home makes it to the top of the heap, not lost in a sea of sameness.

Here are the top four ways our marketing expertise makes a difference for our clients:

  1. The Multiple Listing Service (MLS): The MLS is a suite of approximately 580 regional databases of home listings, where thousands of buyers and sellers find details online. What sellers may not realize is that they alone cannot

No matter what month you’re in the mood, you’ll get hooked fishing on the aqua blue waters of Singer Island. Just look at your year-round choices:

You may know about Palm Beach County, Florida, and some of its most widely-known cities like Boca Raton, Palm Beach, and Jupiter. All beautiful, for sure! But when it comes to exceptional gems, you should get to know my home base and where I’ve worked for the last 24 years—the incomparable Singer Island.

Singer Island is named for Paris Eugene Singer, the famous Palm Beach developer and son of Isaac Singer, the sewing machine magnate. In the 1950’s Palm Beach County enjoyed tremendous growth, and Singer Island evolved into a resort area of hotels and condominiums. In 1952, Phil Foster Park was opened, named after one of Riviera Beach’s pioneer citizens.

When I was a teen, Singer Island had a few homes, but it was mostly the place where my

  • It means that summer is just around the corner and that vacation time is coming soon!
For those of us who will be seeing grandchildren for the first time in a while, I hope you are waiting in happy anticipation!

Late spring is also the time when home & condo-buying picks up the pace. Those who put off their moving plans last year because of the pandemic are relishing the wide-open possibilities this year.

In other words, 2021 is a year to go bigger and better. With South Florida properties still in high demand, now is the time to sell so you can move up to a place where more of your family can stay for extended visits while you enjoy the year-round benefits of resort-style living.

Keep the connections going.

I know how much we are looking forward to those in-person interactions again, especially with grandchildren. But there is something valuable about the online tools and apps we’ve learned to use in the last year. If the grandkids love hi-tech, I support keeping up with their interests so we can keep in touch more often.

Here are some of my favorite ways to keep connected the 21st century way. Have questions about how any of them work? Ask the grandkids! I bet they would enjoy being your tutor.

Social Media

Your grandkids are probably on the most popular social media apps: Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. Create your account and ask them to add you as a “friend.” You may not be talking all of the time, but

In my younger days, going to the beach meant everything I needed for the day could fit in the passenger seat of my car. A towel, flip flops, sunscreen, a small cooler, and I was all set. Not only have times changed, but like me, you probably have grandkids with you now. So, your bag is a little heavier, packed with all you need to keep the whole clan sun-safe, hydrated, and entertained.

A day at the beach now might mean you'll be pulling a wagon with sand-worthy wheels to haul everything. But I promise you, with these luxury beach items, the entire family will stay happy for the whole day.

The right accessories for the perfect day.

I love being a realtor because what I have always believed to be true is proven with each transaction: Treat people right, and the rest will follow.

Here’s what I have discovered:

Clients want education as much as help.

I don’t just offer suggestions on buying and selling, I will explain why a particular strategy is right for you. The details matter and my clients appreciate that. If you are a buyer, I will save you valuable time by finding the properties that best suit your requirements and show you the most promising ones. If you are a seller, I’ll help you understand the details of the closing process, and handle all the paperwork for you.

Clients appreciate a depth of local knowledge.

I’ve been called “Mr. Singer Island,” and I
